oh, indeed. i do love a great kale and bean soup (have even been known to saute the kale first in garlic and anchovies. not so columbus dispatch, but definitely delicious.) (and to add multiple parmesan rinds. double yum.)

I love soup and "soup season"which for me starts at the first cold snap--sometimes September, sometimes October. Wasn't really happy with the results the last time I made kale soup so I'll definitely take your word and try this one.
