hi. i'm making batch after batch of granola. and we had burritos for dinner. they were delicious. and i was thinking, there's really nothing better than cooking side by side with your love.
I'm cooking tonight since I'm having friends over tomorrow, so it's going to be a hodgepodge of finger, spoon, and fork licking. Right now, it's looking like mushroom soup and chocolate bread pudding!
After months of staring longingly at this roasted tomato soup, I finally realized that my stoneware bowls are, indeed, oven-safe. (I feel like a dunce). Tomato soup for dinner! Caramel pots de crème for dessert!
Really!? Only a few months old and already eating kale? I wish my kids (and husband) would eat kale. We had baked eggs with sausage and sweet potatoes from the latest issue of Joy of Kosher. Highly recommend it, the whole family cleaned their plates, even the picky ones. :)
How gorgeous! I made a sausage, onion, mushroom pizza and a grape tomato and mozzarella pizza last night for friends. Maybe finger foods in front of a movie tonight.
I love everything from Plenty! We're staying with my in-laws in Ohio for the holidays and last night I made a beef stew (my first one in years...) but everyone seemed to really enjoy it :) xo
What a sweet little jailbird!
ReplyDeleteThose eyes! My goodness.

ReplyDeleteexcept maybe this face. that may top it all off.
What a face. How lucky you are! Hope all is going well with your new little one.
ReplyDeleteAnd, I will try this salad immediately.
And, I made your granola this morning and it was, as always, delicious.
Quince. Quince something. I'll get it cooking and see if I have the reserves for the paste, or if will just be poached. Hurrah for cute babies.
