I baked you something special today.
Her name is Mia Louise.
She came screaming out into the world on September 9, 2011, at 8:56pm, three weeks early, but healthy and strong. She weighed 6 lbs. 7.7 oz. and was 18 inches long.
Mia likes to eat in the nude, hiccup like it's going out of style, then settle in for a nice long cuddle.
She's also really into this guy.
Over the last two weeks, we've been doing a lot of this:

I already feel so privileged just to know her. So unspeakably glad. She's the best.
