It is very cold. Yet I insist on wearing skirts with tights. Roasting just looking at backyard barbeque. And now, I want a burger...
Lovely pics - you captured the moment so beautifully!
so beautiful. mmm, summer.
oh my...i want a burger too
Ah, Tracy, this is the number one thing on my mind when I check the weather in the morning: Just how torturous would my walk to the library be were I to don a skirt and tights? I braved it for a while, but lately the library itself has been intolerably cold, so I've been opting for long underwear and jeans.Thank you, Amanda, and thank you Jodi!Char, yes, burgers for everyone!
Thank you for warming me up!
lazy, blue summer. love it.
Lovely pictures and poem, Jess. If I could bring you back some southern light in a jar, I definitely would.
Jess, I so love your posts. Feeling the cold here but so sunny in my studio. Hugs to you and love, S PS Got a great new jam cookbook for Christmas "The Blue Chair Jam Cookbook"- I am SO excited to make some winter marmalade. xoxox S
You're very welcome, Lecia!Rogue Unicorn - I love the blue, too. It comes across so beautifully on this particular film. You'll be light enough, dear Lisa. Come home soon. xo.Thanks, Suzi. Winter marmalade! That sounds like an excellent project. Funny you should mention The Blue Chair Jam Cookbook. Just after I read your note, I saw this. What a beautiful book!
Oh that poem is good stuff.I might have to burger it up this weekend. (Love that second shot, Jess)

Hi, Amy. I'm pretty sure it's Eli's. I think he was sitting to my right at that meal...
