public radio kitchen

Here's something fun:

Boston's NPR station, WBUR, has put together a new media project called Public Radio Kitchen. My post on toast ("the main event") is currently being featured on the site. Take a look, if you are so inclined...

Jess,
Shai and I are here with our young friends. She is gobbling down those lovely little cookies you just gave us. Yum. Just as you left, I was reminded of your blog and decided to take a peak...delightful, delicious and savory! So excited that you are on NPR. L'chaim. Toast...now I can have some with your very thoughtful loaf of healthy grains. Another "Yummmmm." Can't wait to read more... Amy (ajw)

You just started a blog and now it's featured on your local radio station's site?! Amazing - congratulations!

Hi Amy and Megan,

You're very kind, but I'm not sure congratulations are in order... unless you're congratulating me for shameless self-promotion! Let me clear things up: Public Radio Kitchen publishes pages from lots of local food blogs. I sent an excerpt in myself to join the conversation!

You're funny...they liked it enough to feature it!

A toast to your post. (Sorry, too much coffee.)

Thanks again for paritipating in our modest little endeavor and for the mention above.

Hope to see you at one our food events here at the station!

Thanks for your comment, Ken. It's a pleasure and a privilege to sit at the Public Radio Kitchen table together with other Boston area bloggers. The Feb. 26 event is on my calendar. Just say the word if there is anything I can do to help. I look forward to seeing you there!
